What is rbnThresholdNotifyTime?

This DateAndTime value records the timestamp at which a malicious-packets threshold notification was generated. An admin uses it to pin down exactly when a high- or low-threshold event fired when correlating an SNMP trap against other security logs. For example, the value might read 2026-08-24,11:05:42.0 to mark when a high-threshold-exceeded event was raised.
