What is rbnEpscGyCcrInitialSent?
Total count of initial Diameter Credit-Control-Request messages the PGW sent over the Gy interface to the OCS, i.e. the first request to authorize credit for a new session. This is the baseline demand counter for online (prepaid) charging session starts.
