What is rbnEpscGxRarRcvd?
Total count of Diameter Re-Auth-Request messages received over Gx, sent by the PCRF to push a mid-session policy change (e.g. QoS upgrade, rule removal) unprompted by the PGW. Tracks how often the PCRF is proactively re-authorizing sessions rather than waiting for a CCR-Update.
