What is rbnCpuProc5Sec?

Reports the average CPU usage percentage for a specific process over a 5-second window. Admins use it to see, in near real time, which individual process is currently driving overall CPU load. A single process reporting 70 here while the overall five-second average is also high would identify that process as the main contributor to the spike.
