Description: Number of packets received with L bit set to 1, indicating that the far end's attachment circuit is down (in LOF or LOS or AIS) in the PSN to TDM direction(egress). Either AIS or idle pattern was played out on the local access circuit.
What is rbnCesStatsEgressRemoteAcDownPkts?
Counts packets received with the L bit set, meaning the far end's attachment circuit is down (LOF, LOS, or AIS) in the PSN-to-TDM (egress) direction; while this condition persists, the local access circuit plays out AIS or the idle pattern instead of real traffic.
