For example, if the value is 1 and inletSensorDecimalDigits is 2, then actual value is 0.01. This value determines whether to use the signed or unsigned threshold and value columns: If the minimum is below zero the sensor can have negative readings and the signed columns should be used. This parameter does not apply to sensors without numerical reading, e.g. surge protector status sensors.
