Description:
The smallest possible reading as an unsigned integer. The value of this OID variable should be scaled by inletSensorDecimalDigits. For example, if the value is 1 and inletSensorDecimalDigits is 2, then actual value is 0.01. The value is undefined for sensors which can have negative readings. This parameter does not apply to sensors without numerical reading, e.g. surge protector status sensors.
