What is raqmonParticipantIPDVMax?
This read-only Integer32, in milliseconds (or -1 if never reported), is the maximum IP packet delay variation observed during the session. A spike here that doesn't line up with a jitter spike in raqmonParticipantIAJitterMax can help distinguish an IP-layer routing/queuing event from an application-layer buffering issue.
