What is rcVlanResult?
This read-only INTEGER, defaulting to none, reports, per its source description, the outcome of the most recently requested rcVlanAction on this VLAN as none, inProgress, success, or fail. Admins poll this after writing a flush action to rcVlanAction to confirm the requested table-clearing operation actually completed successfully. For example, seeing fail(4) after requesting flushDynMemb would tell an admin the dynamic-member flush didn't go through and may need to be retried.
