Description: Congestion point creation enable status. If CP creation is enabled for an interface, the system automatically creates a Congestion Point (CP) for a queue of that interface if at least one QCN priority (Oper state) is mapped to that queue.

What is rlQcnIfStateCpCreationEn?

This per-interface flag controls whether the switch automatically creates a QCN Congestion Point (CP) for a queue on that interface. When enabled, the system auto-creates a CP for any queue that has at least one operationally-enabled QCN priority mapped to it, so QCN feedback can flow without manual CP setup. For example, enabling rlQcnIfStateCpCreationEn on an interface causes a CP to be auto-created on its egress queue once a QCN priority becomes operational there.
