What is rlQcnFeatureStatus?
This scalar is a boolean flag that turns Quantized Congestion Notification (QCN) on or off for the entire switch. An administrator toggles it to enable QCN-based congestion control device-wide; it defaults to false, meaning QCN is disabled until explicitly turned on. For example, an admin sets rlQcnFeatureStatus to true(1) to activate QCN on a data-center switch that is seeing egress queue buildup.
