Description: The time remaining in seconds within which we need to receive a hello packet from the neighbor or we declare the adjacency down. If fast hellos area in use, this value is always set to 1. If the oper_status is down or ospfPmVirtNbrState is DOWN, then the value is set to zero and the field is not valid.
