Description: The number of seconds between link state advertisement retransmissions, for adjacencies belonging to this interface. This value is also used when retransmitting database description and Link State request packets. Note that minimal value SHOULD be 1 second.

What is rlOspfIfRetransInterval?

This read-create value in seconds (default 5) is how long the router waits for an acknowledgment before retransmitting an unacknowledged LSA to a neighbor on this interface; an admin raises it on high-latency WAN links to avoid needless retransmissions.
