What is rlOspfAreaRangeEffect?
This read-create, obsolete enumeration (advertiseMatching or doNotAdvertiseMatching, default advertiseMatching) controlled whether subnets falling inside an address range triggered a summary advertisement or were suppressed entirely, in the table now replaced by rlOspfAreaAggregateEffect.
