What is rlEtsPriorityGroupMappingProblemReason?
This value reports why a priority's administrative and operational priority-group mapping don't match, defaulting to ok when there is no problem. An admin reads it to diagnose why an ETS priority mapping failed to apply as configured, such as too many groups or too many queues being requested. For example, a value other than ok would prompt the admin to check rlEtsPriorityGroupMappingProblemIndex for the specific problematic group or queue.
