What is rlDhcpClEnabledByDefaultRemovedStatus?

This is the RowStatus column for the entry that records a given interface's opt-out from the default-enabled DHCP client, controlling whether that particular row in the table is active. An admin (or the device's own configuration-load logic) uses it to create or destroy the record that suppresses DHCP client re-creation on an interface after it was manually removed. Setting it to destroy(6) would clear the opt-out record for that interface, letting the DHCP client be added there again on the next config load.
