What is rndBootPActionIfIndex?
This value reports the interface an entry's BOOTP action applies to, or NULL if the action applies device-wide. An admin reads it to know the scope of a given BOOTP renew/release action entry. For example, an entry with an ifIndex set would apply only to that specific interface's BOOTP-assigned address, rather than the whole device.
