What is radiusAccClientExtResponses?

This read-only counter, in packets, tallies the total number of RADIUS packets received on the accounting port from this server in the current version-neutral table, and may show a discontinuity indicated by radiusAccClientCounterDiscontinuity if the accounting client module reinitializes. Admins compare it against radiusAccClientExtRequests to check whether this accounting server is keeping up with the traffic being sent to it. For example, a Responses count tracking closely with Requests indicates this accounting server is healthy and responsive.
