Description: The type of the police action performed on the cells transmitted from the user side to the network side.
What is smPolicing?
Controls how the device treats cells arriving from the user side toward the network: no action (none), actively enforce the traffic contract (police), or just observe without enforcing (monitoring); an admin uses monitoring mode to baseline traffic before turning on strict policing.
