Description: The ILMI operational Mode.
What is smILMIMode?
Configures how the device uses ILMI on this ATM interface: fully disabled, keepAliveOnly (link-integrity checks only), or fully enabled; an admin picks keepAliveOnly when the far end doesn't support full ILMI negotiation but link supervision is still wanted.
