What is rtrFACSDefaultAction?
Sets the fallback action -- block, forward, or block and log -- applied to any frame that doesn't match any configured FACS (Frame Access Control System) filter statement; an admin's default-deny vs default-permit policy choice for the device's frame-level access control.
