Description: The RowStatus variable controls the activation, deactivation, or deletion of a filter for a VLAN for use in QoS classification.
Note that, even though this table is indexed by dot1qVlanIndex, this does not imply that there must be an equivalent entry in either dot1qVlanCurrentTable or dot1qVlanStaticTable.
What is dot1dQosVlanStatus?
This object is the standard SNMP RowStatus control that activates, deactivates, or deletes a QoS classification filter entry associated with a specific VLAN, independent of whether that VLAN also has an entry in the standard dot1q VLAN tables. An administrator sets this when provisioning or removing a per-VLAN QoS policy. For example, setting dot1dQosVlanStatus to active(1) enables a previously defined QoS filter for that VLAN to start taking effect on classification decisions.
