Description: The transmit light power, in dBm.
What is txPower?
The transceiver's transmitted optical light power, in dBm, reported as a text string. An admin monitors this to confirm the local laser is outputting the expected power; a dropping Tx power on an otherwise-healthy link often signals a failing laser diode nearing end of life.
