What is prvtStatHistDailySnapshotGetInterval?
This is a read-only copy of the statistics gathering interval (15/30/60 minutes) captured from the configuration database at the moment the daily snapshot was created. An admin uses this to know what sampling interval actually applied to a given archived day's data.
