Description: The number of seconds, including partial seconds, that have elapsed since the beginning of the current measurement period. If, for some reason, such as an adjustment in the system's time-of-day clock, the current interval exceeds the maximum value, the agent will return the maximum value.
What is prvtPwVcTDMTimeElapsed?
Reports the number of seconds elapsed in the current 15-minute performance-monitoring interval, capped at 900 if the system clock is adjusted mid-interval. Admins use it to know how much of the current window the running counters (e.g. jitter buffer underruns) reflect before the data rolls into prvtPwVcTDMPerfIntervalTable.
