What is prvtPwVcTDMLastEsTimeStamp?
Records the sysUpTime value at the moment this TDM pseudowire most recently entered an errored-second (ES) or severely errored-second (SES) state. An admin compares this against the current sysUpTime to see how long ago the last error event occurred.
