What is prvtEfmOamPriorityEnable?
Enables or disables applying the configured OAM PDU priority (prvtEfmOamPriority) to outgoing EFM-OAM frames. With it off, OAM PDUs go out untagged with respect to priority and compete with regular traffic on equal footing.
