What is proResMemBufNeverAlloc?

Per the DESCRIPTION, this always reads zero on modern releases because a distinct buffer memory pool is no longer maintained -- its statistics are folded into the proResMemHeap* objects instead. An admin should rely on proResMemHeapNeverAlloc rather than this object for current memory figures.
