What is proResInputBufsLow?

The low-water mark for the number of input buffers on this interface; per proResInputBufsCurrent's DESCRIPTION, packets are eligible for flow control once the current count drops below this mark. An admin lowers or raises this to tune how aggressively an interface starts flow-controlling under buffer pressure.
