Description: This attribute indicates the minimum temperature that the thermometer system can record. This attribute is used as a lower bound for all temperature ranges.

What is proMinHwTemp?

The minimum temperature the router's thermometer hardware is capable of recording, used as the lower bound for all temperature ranges reported by this device. An admin reads this to know the floor of the valid range before setting proLowTempThreshold.
