What is proLowTempCondition?

Indicates whether a Low Temperature Condition is currently active on this router: on(2) once proCurrentTemp has reached proLowTempThreshold, until it rises back above that threshold plus proTempHysteresis. An admin polls or traps on this to get a simple boolean cold-alarm instead of comparing raw temperature values themselves.
