Description: Resets all port related counters.
Note: Setting this variable to no reset (2) has no effect. The agent will always return the value no-reset (2) in response to a GetRequest.
What is hirmaBasPortCounterReset?
Setting this to reset(1) clears the traffic counters specific to this port. As with the chassis-wide counter reset, reading the object back always shows no-reset(2) since the action doesn't persist as a state, so an admin can't use a GetRequest to verify the reset actually fired.
