What is alipFilDynStatsInPkts?
This read-only counter reports, as a dynamic statistic reset via alipFilDynStatsClear, how many packets matched the source template identified by alipFilDynStatsTemplate. An admin clears stats before a change window and watches this to measure new traffic hitting a specific source-matching template.
