What is alArpDynProxyReplies?
This read-only counter reports the number of proxy ARP replies the hub has sent since statistics were last cleared, as a dynamic counterpart to the reboot-only static version. An admin clears stats before a test window and watches this counter to measure proxy ARP activity during that window.
