What is pNHRPPortSustainedCellRate?
This object is a read-write Integer32 (0-16777215) specifying the sustained cell rate, in cells per second, to request when this port's NHRP client establishes an ATM shortcut connection. Administrators set it alongside pNHRPPortPeakCellRate to define the sustained, as opposed to burst-peak, traffic contract NHRP will negotiate for the port. For example, setting a lower sustained rate than the peak rate configures a bursty traffic contract for NHRP shortcut VCs on that port.
