What is ibPmaPortVlSwCongestion10?
Counts packets queued for transmit on Virtual Lane 10 of this output port that were discarded because of congestion, specifically for exceeding the switch lifetime limit or switch HOQ limit. It's one of sixteen identical per-VL congestion-discard counters (VL 0 through VL 15) used to find which lane is choking under load.
