What is pipeName?

This read-only string reports the configured name of a traffic-shaping pipe on the Allot device. Admins use it to identify a pipe's statistics in human-readable terms, matching the name they assigned when configuring that bandwidth-management policy. For example, seeing a pipe named "VoIP-Priority" here lets an admin immediately recognize which traffic class's statistics this row represents without needing to cross-reference an index number.
