What is sitaraPerfTrafStatsCollection?
This read-write INTEGER, enable(1) or disable(2), turns traffic-monitor statistics collection on or off. An admin disables this to stop the device from gathering sitaraPerfTrafTable counters when the configured traffic monitors aren't currently being used for troubleshooting.
