Description: sitaraPerfNotifnsPlcyBandWidth notification is generated for a policy when the policy bandwidth (sitaraPerfPlcyByteCnt) utilized exceeds the configured rising threshold for the bandwidth of the same policy. sitaraPerfNotifnsPlcyBandWidt notification is maskable by setting the corresponding bit in the sitaraPerfAlarmMasks.
