What is sitaraCfgSysWanSpeed?
This read-write Unsigned32 sets the configured speed of the WAN link, capped at whatever maximum the QosWorks model allows. An admin sets this to match the actual provisioned WAN bandwidth so the Sitara QoS engine's bandwidth-based policies are calculated against the correct link speed.
