What is upstreamMcastEnable?
When set to True, this parameter allows end users to transmit IGMP queries and multicast streams upstream through the VLAN associated with a PVC (Permanent Virtual Circuit). It controls whether multicast traffic can flow from the user side back into the network. Broadband operators enable this to support multicast services on DSL subscriber connections.
