What is upstreamBitsPerSecond?
This object represents the current data rate in bits per second of upstream traffic received on a specific Permanent Virtual Circuit (PVC) connection. It measures the real-time upstream throughput being delivered on that circuit. An operator would check this metric to verify that upstream traffic is flowing at expected rates and to detect anomalies like sustained congestion or unexpected drops in upstream capacity.
