What is tsnDsPppDiscoveryPkts?
This counter tracks the total number of PPP discovery packets received from the network on the downstream side of a DSL access line aggregation platform. PPP discovery is critical for establishing and maintaining Point-to-Point Protocol sessions over DSL connections. ISP network operators use this metric to monitor PPP initialization activity and troubleshoot DSL session establishment issues.
