What is pvcUpstreamIpAclId?
Read-write pointer (0 = none, default 0) to the IP Access Control List (ipAclTable) applied to this PVC's upstream traffic, letting an admin filter the subscriber's outbound IP traffic by protocol, address range, port or TCP flags using a reusable, rule-based ACL.
