What is pvcUpstreamEtherTypeAclId?
This OID stores a number identifying which access control list (ACL) filters upstream traffic on a virtual circuit connection. A non-zero value means traffic is being filtered; zero means no filtering is applied. An operator would change this value to apply or remove traffic filtering rules for a specific connection.
