Description: The peak downstream PVC rate. The rate has to be lower or equal to the configured ADSL rate and in steps of 32000 bps. Notice: To carry telephony over IP, 192000 bps is needed and the ADSL line must be configured to at least 192000. (the upstream must also be configured to 192000 for full duplex).
