The number of Ethernet frames that have passed.

What is dfsFrameCount?

This counter increments each time an Ethernet frame successfully passes through a downstream flow monitoring point in an IP DSLAM (broadband access device). The frame count helps operators monitor the total traffic volume going to subscribers. This metric is used for traffic engineering, capacity planning, and detecting abnormal traffic patterns.
