What is sysOperationalStatus?

Reports the overall operational state of the Cisco SCE/SE box — booting, operational, in a warning state, or in an outright failure state. An admin polls this as the single top-level health indicator for the whole appliance, and it's also what triggers the operationalStatus traps when it changes.
