What is sysFailureRecovery?
Indicates whether the system is configured to come back up in an operational or a non-operational (failure) mode after an abnormal reboot. An admin sets or checks this to control the box's fail-safe behavior — for example choosing non-operational recovery so a device that keeps crashing doesn't keep re-inserting itself into the traffic path.
