What is pchassisLineFeedAlarm?

Indicates whether the line feed (external power input) to the chassis is normal (off) or not — for example disconnected or without power (on). An admin treats a line-feed alarm as a power-delivery problem distinct from an internal PSU failure, and it also drives the chassisLineFeedAlarmOnTrap notification.
